i got this one at sports authority for like $250. its the best i do weighted calisthenics on it and im seeing great results. i dont use the assisting chair i got rid of that but it does come in handy if your weak as shyt looking to build up strength on certain grips

ab-wheel.jpg

ab wheel is like $12 and does your core like crazy and hits other muscles. it really helps dont let it fool you

and just buy a barbell and some dumbbells to curl with and do various exercises.

you can use all i just mentioned and keep it in the corner of a room out of the way and get most of your workout needs without any problems

get this instead of the bench
Amazon.com: PowerLine PPR200X Power Rack: Sports & Outdoors

and get an olympic grade 45lb 7 foot bar

C/S

I messed up a few years ago when I first started working out and brought one of these from Sears.....

Paid $600 for it and it was horrible. The range of motion was very bad and it made the exercises useless. It took up a ton of space in my apartment and I never used it. It's sitting at my mom house in her garage collecting dust. Got a rack and it's the best investment I've ever made.

I wish I had somebody to tell me to get a power rack back in the day before I wasted so much money.
