Put in work - Imma be real with you,im not a fan of horror core/trap sounding beats but that shyt go hard as fukk!

Ayo! - Beat was nice but i just wasnt feeling it. Seems incomplete or missing. Actually sounds like one giant loop with little to no change ups

Imma have to give this one to Put In Work

put-in-work -- your drums are improving, not bad. :ehh: I wish you would have added a soothing sine wave bassline under that, but thats just my producer ear talking, its your creation you can do what you want. I like the sounds, sounded full.

ayo -- good sample, but you just didnt put in more of an effort, Ive heard your beats before, you are a lot more complete than this. shoulda used the sickness to gulp down some tussin and zoned out to the sample and flipped it crazy. :troll:

vote: put-in-work

You guys sayjng i looped the shyt over and over again... Did you miss the hook, the keys in the second verse, the buildup to the hook on every verse? The drop on the third? Put in more of an effort? Im confused. 3 different songs sampled in that beat. It was originally called the change up cause of all the lil diff shyt i did to it. Did yall really listen to the beat? Lol. Im actually confused as fukk right now.

Especially since put in works is basically drums synth percusioon looped over wit stuff coming in an put. Theres atleast 6 diff sampled parts in mine and synth and drums layers ( stutter drums) in mine. Am i crazy?

@bboystyle @Tommy Knocks

I just listened to yall beats. Bbs if i stripped the 6 sampled outta my beat itd sound just like yurs lol.

Both beats were dope, but Put in Work took it to me.

I just liked his whole sinister vibe more and the beat went hard too so that was a bonus.

man, its constructive feedback, learn to take it. Im not even going to speak anymore about the track.

and my beat? I didnt use any samples, I created all my sounds from scratch using omnisphere, but if you want to battle we can line that up.

bro im for constructive feedback, but when someone says "yo ya shyt dotn even souynd complete, like you didnt put in any effort" ima call them out on their shyt cause its untrue and you obviously didnt even listen to it. wheres that "constructive feedback" breh?

and whats you doing "everything from scratch from omnisphere" mean? does that mean you did more work then me because you used a stock loaded sounds ona keyboard and i sampled? I have omnisphere breh, i know what you did. its dope.

But when between ALL the beats (me you bbstyle and put in work) are all basically loops in the first place, and teh most intricate one gets called out for beinga repetitve loop (in fact, mines the ONLY one that changes completely, where yall HOOKS AT) ima say something, i aint shy. its love tho, thanks for listening peace

It didnt tho.

and no, not stock loaded sounds (presets), actual sound design, you know, sine, square wave bending. Omnisphere isnt a keyboard, its a sound design workstation (atleast it should be if you want your monies worth). Im a big fan of such things as I come from an EDM/DnB/soundtrack background. and I didnt use any sounds from my hook, in my 16s, heck, the hook doesnt even have a synth or bassline or the same drums (tweaked toms that I have in storage vs 2 step), I literally used a completely different set for it lol.

but anyways this thread isnt about me.

I didnt say it was one giant loop, heck I didnt even speak on the complexity of your tune. that was someone else. :wtf:
I just spoke about the overall sound. maybe it could have been louder to hear the various elements better? that could actually be what it is, the mastering. it seems so quiet and empty. maybe eq the master send, slap a limiter (I always have a limiter on my master channel), bounce out, then some master processing? its not just about samples, its about vibrancy, clarity, fattening and all the multiple crap that comes with producing.
