It's fukked up but I came in to say this.

Dope song but I for the life of me can't figure out why older groups/rappers don't use the dope pool of producers still working (or even newer producers) instead of no name ones. Occasionally they will find a gem but I'd much rather hear PE over Primo (or Muggs, or Alc, or Madlib, or hell, even Daringer or Beat Butcha, etc.)

Fred.
I thought the song was dope, but the hook was lazy.

P.E. has been left so far behind production-wise that they brought in Premo so they can quiet everybody about the legit criticisms about their bargain basement production that they used over the years(C-Doc, Johnny Juice, Griff, etc). This has been an ongoing problem since the Bomb Squad broke up. A Premo-produced P.E. track would have been great in 1993. Nowadays, you need production by Alchemist, Madlib, 9th, Black Milk, Harry Fraud, etc. to even get the underground hip-hop scene to pay attention to you now. And Chuck made the biggest mistake that a veteran could make by not establishing any relationships with producers such as the Beatminerz, T-Ray, Diamond D, Stimulated Dummies, Solid Productions, etc. in addition to Premo and Muggs during the 90s.

Good beat, decent lyrics.. very lazy chorus.

Nah, the hook is in line with the track. Question tho, when has PE ever have great hooks? I'm not going to go to Google for this but every PE track I can think of off the head was them usually chanting the same half a bar through out it or playing vocals samples. I ain't shytting on the hooks, they fit the vibe and are catchy tho.

You really think Chuck D doesn't have enough juice to hit these nikkas up and get a beat? C'mon fam, all these nikkas was raised off PE.

Don't believe the Hype

911 is a Joke

By the time I get to Arizona (although this is debatable)

there are many others... the hook on this song is indefensible.. it sounds like some shyt a jr. high school kid would record in their bedroom.

Y’all in here complaining about what PE didn’t do over the years but this right here is straight flames. Dope beat, ok chorus but Chuck absolutely did his thing. And in today’s climate this song is needed

Too bad so few young rappers even follow his example. That's if, if they know that Chuck D even exist :francis:

Wow....I like it. Chuck and Flav both have two of the greatest voices in Hip Hop History. Love the beat too Premo. Interesting them finally doing this after the whole Biggie "10 Crack Commandments" issue. But if people dug deep into that sample they would of discovered "Shut em Down" which was an amazing track. I understand why Chuck was mad being a conscious emcee but Big was gone at that point. Anyways, track came out fire. It's basically a Trump diss. Glad all issues have been resolved and Flav is back being his wild and crazy self. These two have to keep Public Enemy legacy going. Their music continues to be timeless and relevant especially in times like this.
