The article says no such thing the article simply explains how social media is being used to spread violence, the article isn't about rap music per se
They start off right away blaming rap not directly ok but chief keef a very famous rapper isin the second sentence , pretty much the whole firs page is about keefs beef with jojo which played itself out as a gang/rap beef which just so happened to catch fire on social media. Even without twitter/facebook/instagram etc lil jojo was still a dead man, just like the hundreds of other black teens that die every month across the country .
