A strange bug is removing people's games on PlayStation 4 and 5, and Vita, and Sony doesn't have a fix.

Basically sony is losing record of people’s digital game licenses. They aren’t talking about it publicly but if you have a large collection of digital games on playstation you probably want to make note/record of your games or even back them up locally to make sure you don’t lose them.

THis got nothing to do with xbox, and dealing with PS support is a nightmare. I remember I lost access to FF7 Integrade and Ratchet and Clank due to some stupid backend thing on Sony's end. It took like 3 months to get back access to those games. Sony really needs to step up their game on that end.
