PS4 PSN works fine, I've had very little issues with it aside from connection issues launch night.

I got a message saying PSN was down for maintenance when I turned it on and bf4 main screen won't even load up to allow me to choose campaign.
I ain't say all that breh.Idk it seems like my brother is playing Watchdogs fine. I don't know if he online or not.

It's down for me too. If you were already connected you won't lose your connections but everyone else can't connect to it right now.
It's up for me maybe y'all should upgrade from dial up to cable
