By Kenn Leandre 18.09.2013
Big news guys!
Following the earlier announcement by Sony Computer Enterainment Japan Asia last week, gamers will now no longer have to wait til February 2014 nor go through the hassle of grey market in order to get their paws on the PS4.
At the Sony Press Conference in Tokyo today, Sony Computer Entertainment (SCE) has announced that their next-gen gaming console, the PlayStation 4 will be launched in the South East Asian region on December 2013, starting with Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan & Korea.

The IGN Asia team is now in Tokyo for Tokyo Game Show. For Everything TGS2013 and obviously next-gen console news, keep it locked on to IGN.

Also, SCE Group CEO & President Andrew House has stated both India and Middle East dates will be announced in a separate event. I expect that to also be a December release.
So that's another group of countries to add to the list of 32+ countries getting a PS4 release this year vs. only 13 countries for Strugglebox1.
So much for the xbots who were talking shyt last week about PS4 yield issues just because Japan was getting the PS4 till February.
