Looking for some new products, cost efficient and good quality. Use to use bulk supplements but want to see what else is out there.

I’d also take some homemade protein powder recipes and any preworkout supplements.

Myprotein is similar to Bulk Supplements. Quality shyt, not a lot of money spent on marketing. They have protein, breatine, PWO, etc.

Google when they be having sales and save eem more munny. :banderas:

the mass gainers back in the days that i used were full of sugar. You can make your own mass gainer thats way healthier and cheaper using oatmeal, you can buy blended oatmeal for dirt cheap and add in fruit, nuts and protein etc etc will be cheaper than buying those bullshyt mass gainers.

oatmeal=goat cheap bulking food only problem is that it makes you bloated

Ah, going that route. Gotcha.

Yeah, no, I don't like drinking oats (even ground up) at all but OP might.

Good looks. :salute:

not going to lie it is thick and takes time to get used to but thats how i was bulking in my early 20s

That bloating is real for sure. Oats make you full.

But Oats bloating/fullness vs Whey bloating/fullness isn't even close.

Oats is much better for the digestive tract. Can soak them shyts the night before to increase resistant starch levels, insulin response and digestibility.

Damn near next to zero to purchase too.

Peas is the same. High protein, body breaks it down easy, cheap as all hell.

I agree. That mass gain shyt = whey protein is some bullshyt. Just another product the health and fitness industry has designed and manufactured to sell to the public.

I'd even go as far as to say that the concept of mass protein consumption is not only an outdated concept, but an incorrect one.

Clearly dietary requirements are specific to goals, training loads, types of training etc.

A welterweight boxers diet is infinitely different to that of a NFL linebacker.

But the idea that an absurdly, massive protein ratio diet will yield huge hypertrophy is incorrect.

A well timed, balanced diet of carbohydrates, protein, fats etc with a focus on less processed, less sugar rich meals is all that's required.

If muscle building is the aim then push the amount eaten to a calorie surplus, but not at the expense that sugar has become a large aspect.

You don't need protein supplements if you're eating 3-5 times a day, quick FYI.

If you just can't get the meals in...oats, oats, oats. Not only can you eat em hot (your stomach likes hot food) you can add more protein in the form of fruits, peanut butter and powder. Chances are though, you're consuming more protein than you need and your body is just getting rid of the excess.

Also just a fun fact; If you buy pre-work out, stop right now, and just stick to drinking coffee. Its the same thing, a boost of caffeine.

Salute.

Strength, size, fitness, health etc doesn't need to be expensive at all. You just gotta be dedicated and consistent. There's no magic trick. It's just work.
