Ever since I've upped my protein intake my workouts go a lot easier I feel like I have more in the tank, but my stomach ain't been my best friend because of it :scust:

I don't mess with protein shakes for my pre/post workouts supplements. Too many issues with my stomach. I take Muscle Pharm Amino and Assault as my supplements and noticed that I recover quicker and gotten stronger by using them. :manny:
