Prosecutor Says Rondo Numba Nine Murder Case Hasn't Started Because Witnesses Keep Running Away.

Prosecutors in#rondonumbanine murder case had to answer to a Illinois appellate court on why they have kept a witness in jail who is scheduled to testify in#rondonumbanine murder case. Prosecutors claimed witnesses are the reason for the delay in the case and even after being served subpoenas, they either tear them up in front of the person who served them or often times leave town or go under the radar. They also claim some witnesses have left town over 10 times since 2014 trying to not testify and had to be found by police and US Marshals and picked up also on outstanding warrants. Prosecutors are being pressured by lawyers of Rondo and Cdai to ensure they have a speedy trial and thus far he's been jailed 2+ years without a trial.
