Hopefully this game’s success lights a fire underneath other Chinese and Korean devs to work of those “Look pretty for Uneal Engine” tech demo games and finish those games they announced 7/8years ago.

they need to pay the makers of nier some kind of royalties or consultancy fees.

They're paying the musicians, they have the same team (and lowkey the music is a very strong element to making the Nier games, which I love and have as top 10ers).

Got to the Wastelands and wow I love this game

I’m not gonna spoil shyt but if you like Nier you’ll most definitely like this. It’s basically a spiritual successor while doing it’s own thing.

Like I said Sony got another franchise brehs

I did some side stuff in the Wastelands and town before going to Matrix. I'm probably 10 hrs in and it's very good so far, Lies of P quality. Better in some areas.

The games more linear segments are where it shines imo

I can’t wait until they hit us with some dlc and updates. I feel like i could play this game forever. I will go as far to say this game has one of the best new combat systems I’ve played in years. The only problem is it gets easy once you get used to it
