Progress: Black Incarceration Rate Falls Sharply, Especially For Women

Definitely a good thing, and crazily, almost entirely due to changes in the drug game/sentencing. It's not an indicator of the future, though- there have been many periods in history when prisons were whitened up, only to be heavily blackened again.
