It's basically 808 kicks with a slight pitch bend as my man above said
You can sample an 808 and pitch it into the right key first, and then play with the bending of the tail....
....Or if you use logic, its real easy to recreate yourself.
Just watch this vid....even if you don't use logic, the basic steps can be used in other DAWs:

Im still trying to figure out how to get that young chop 808 sound. there's like a distortion to it, not a warm 808. when I saw his tutorial, it didn't seem like it was kick driven, so I still dont get how he makes the sound.
