Yeah, Giles knows his stuff. Him at Patrick Forge helped shaped that music scene in the UK with hip-hop, jazz and eclectic music during the 80s, 90s and early 2000's via the Brownswood label.
(Think acts like Omar, Mark De Clive Lowe, 4Hero, Jamiroquai, Brand New Heavies etc.)

Not sure if it's the case here, but a lot of these "first time reaction" vids are fake IMO. People totally have heard and seen shyt before and are playing it off like they haven't.
idk what genre this dude is into, but a lot of people that do music don't really pay attention to what other people are doing. and Donuts really is a pretty obscure album
