In the main event, OTX favorite Elijah Pierce (19-2, 16 KOs) will clash with Colombian powerhouse Jose Sanmartin (35-8, 21 KOs) for the WBA Continental America Feather. Pierce aims to defend his home turf and maintain his perfect record at OTX, while Sanmartin looks to deliver a shocking upset on the road.
In round 3 of the OTX tournament, the highly touted Brandon Adams (24-3, 16 KOs) will face off against the undefeated rising star Francisco Veron (14-0, 10 KOs). Veron brings an unblemished record, but Adams has the career accolades, including a knockout victory over current WBC Interim Super Welterweight Champion Serhii Bohachuk and a nail-biting World Title matchup against Jermall Charlo.
Additionally, Robert Terry (12-0, 4 KOs) will go head-to-head with Greek legend Andreas Katzourakis (13-0, 10 KOs) from Houston in the OTX Tournament. This fight presents a cat-and-mouse clash of styles between the stalking hunter Katzourakis and the quick counterpuncher Terry.
In the super featherweight division, Georgia’s own Maliek Montgomery (18-0, 16 KOs) will take on the relentless Chilean Oscar Bravo aka “The Machine” (25-13, 11 KOs). Montgomery made waves at OTX with his electrifying fight-of-the-night victory over Cesar Juarez and he’s ready to do it again against another all-action fighter in Bravo.
Undefeated knockout artist Donte Layne (3-0, 3 KOs) returns to the OTX Arena ready to showcase his skills once again. With 3 first round knockouts in 3 fights at OTX, Layne is determined to defend his home ground and keep his streak alive.
In the opener, rising Mexican prospect Gustavo Rivera Rio (9-1, 7 KOs) looks to avenge the first defeat of his career suffered at OTX7 in Houston, TX. A celebrated amateur and highly respected citizen of Mexico City, Rivera Rio seeks to once again prove that in sports - form is temporary, class is permanent.
