i got the lp120 and i love it. has everything i need and sounds great with my setup

but ive only heard good things about the debut carbon:yeshrug:

the pdc looks way better tho, im gonna get a more minimalist tt when i upgrade, maybe that one. the lp120 looks kinda clunky.

but i like that i can dj with it and it has the usb attachment

I have no idea which one to get...I've heard that the Pro-Ject sounds better clearly...but it doesn't have some of the features the AT has.

yeah you have to take the platter off to switch from 33 to 45 rpm on the project. and theres no reverse or pitch control.

but the consensus seems to be the project objectively has higher quality sound.

and you need a preamp for the project. the lp120 has an integrated preamp (which ive heard is garbage compared to stand alone preamps :yeshrug:)

im not an audiophile by any means so my idea of good quality sound is just not bad quality.

honestly it comes down to what you want to use it for. if you strictly want to listen to music, get the project. if you listen to rock or 45s just know its gonna kinda be a bytch switching from 33 to 45 tho :ld: im not tryna hype up the lp120 but the convenience is more important than the quality i may be missing out on :manny:

Are you looking for any kind of turntable?

I want quality first and foremost if I'm going to be investing money into this. I don't plan on doing any Deejaying or anything like that. This is going to be for strictly listening to vinyl records.
