Just got on FIFA this year. I hear a lot of people say they prefer PES. I though this game was pretty much on par with FIFA from what I heard. Well, I created a Euro account and downloaded the demo. Safe to say, that shyt was trash

I hear people say it was more realistic. I'm not sure cause I'm still a beginner soccer fan, but it wasn't more fun :usurse

Yeah, everyone I know used to be very into Pro Ev between 05-08. Back then FIFA was a joke. Not played since those days but apparently it's the opposite now.

PES fell off something serious. They just never managed to get used to making games for the newer gen consoles. The last 2 PS2 versions of PES were

That PES 5 with Henry & Terry on the cover was my GOAT football game period.

I spent countless hours just fukking around editing on that, making my own football team that I played for but since it moved to 360 & PS3 it fell off more than anything I know. It's kinda sad how now there's only a select few people who are still really pushing for PES I remember converting my friends to PES 6 but since that it's been FIFA all the way and I don't even like FIFA like that, infact FIFA career mode is straight boring to me.

Licenses have never been a big issue for me on PES and it's even less of an issue now you can download Option Files that PES geeks make to have all the kits & names fully licensed but it is what it is and like someone else said PES has just stagnated on the next gen and FIFA has really clawed back a lot of it's market share.

I doubt I will buy either but if I did it would probably be FIFA b/c that's what all my friends are playing and essentially with games like this it's always going to be a decider what your friends are playing.


Unreleated note Football Manager is the GOAT Football Sim game, just know that.
