What do you think is the issue?Ronnie Coleman is a mass monster. Back is where I struggle mightily. Smh
Yeah, that’s what I do. I make sure to pull with my lats and try to leave by biceps out of it.What do you think is the issue?
A lot of people have trouble engaging their lats because they focus on pulling the bar or dumbbell to their chest.
The best explanation out there is to treat your hands like hooks and focus on pulling with your elbows....and if you're contracted before the bar reaches your chest or belly or whatever...so be it. Everyone's range of motion is different.
Like, imagine someone grabbed your wrist. And you pulled your arm back. That's going to engage the lats in a way you can feel....more than if you shook his hand and pulled. You know what I mean?
I think straps could also help, though I never used them so I couldn't say.
He’s fine.I cant help but think of the condition he’s in now
Yea I saw that documentary, talk about depressingI cant help but think of the condition he’s in now
The heavy lifting fukked his backHe’s fine.
Ronnie has said that even though he suffered a bunch of injuries, his organs are all healthy. No heart issues. No lung issues. Testosterone is fine.
He probably went too hard as far as lifting heavy and could have won those Mr Olympia’s without pushing it. But that’s just who he is.
So many misguided people think bodybuilders are all screwed up because of PEDs so in a strange way I am happy that Ronnie’s injuries, tragic as they were, were “normal” in the scope of it all.The heavy lifting fukked his back
This dude yelling out LIGHT WEIGHT in all his workouts is straight trolling.
(probably helped his mindset tho)
The dedication and focus it takes to get that big. Wow.
