It's the production and the subject matter (or lack thereof) of his songs that has Wayne sounding washed. His rapping ability hasn't diminished, the songs just aren't good. If Wayne got in his Hustler Muzik bag, he would easily make a classic album. Maybe he's been rich and famous too long for all that, idk.
