He's from Chicago, it would be a natural progression if he incorporated more actual house in his music.
He grew up to it.
Honestly, i always envisioned him being the catalyst of resurrecting the hiphouse movement but his approach has been more hipster influenced than any wise.

They won't..trust me..these rappers are still on that EDM/big room progressive house wave..the type of House that us real Househeads listen to is not popular enough for them to make any real money off of..I do see Deep House growing in popularity though..Tiesto is one of the biggest progressive house artists out and he's trying to take over that deep house lane now
