I go on the preworkout supps maybe like twice a year and cycle from there. Be careful though, I remember having a panic attack during finals week at school and I'm pretty sure Jack3d contributed to it even though I didn't take it that day
Just tried it..i'm mad bruh. I felt weaker for some damn reason and more jitters than the previous formula (haven't been on Jacked since Jan). Felt a little light headed too but that could be a result of poor breathing technique
Did jump rope and was perfectly fine. Never heard problems with cardio though. I'm going to see how it is after a couple more sessions.
edit: Just read a review that this shyt fukks w/ your blood pressure and can make you dizzy
i use to fukk with pre work outs...not anymore...only time i use them is when im beat and feeling slumpish...using pre workouts too much your body become dependent on them and when you dont use it you feel weaker when lifting...its like taking 10 red bulls to give you that energy to get through your workout but it doesnt give you muscle mass or anything...my advice is lean off it only use it when your tired as fukk
