Pre and Post Gym Meals

Started hitting it hard again training, trying to get a sense of what to eat before and after. Dont really eat before, just drink a lot of water. But post gym its been: two eggs, tuna, spaghetti, and spinach.

Just wanna get a feel of whats correct

I dont like training on a full stomach. I do my cardio fasted with only water in the AM. In the afternoon I hit the weights and usually have 1-2 meals in but give myself time to dogest it all.

After I usually eat alot of proteins, greek yogurts and trail mix nshyt

It's really personal preference. Outside of making sure you have a good solid protein source after training, just make sure you are eating towards your overall goal.
