Facts - dude was shamed into opening up his church bc they caught him on video shutting the church doors - so much for charity. An entire empty mega church could have housed a whole community but he rather let people drown or out in dangerous conditions, if not for public scorn. Things got hot and his charitable contributions drifted way with his community service.

It’s not about being “rich” it’s about living in excess, or having accumulated riches while the people who are in the congregation are in dire need along with practicing what you preach. No one is above reproach. But how do you figure he’s a “nice guy”?? What’s that based on?

It's not just Joel. There are thousands like this, and it's the banks processing the loans, and initially there was preference to clients. Just a minefield and lack of oversight. Money from the largest stimulus in US HISTORY should have gone directly to Americans.
