there are also people who have been struck by lightning more than once. the thing about the lottery is its such a scam. if one million people played the lotto and it brought in 1 billion in revenue if they mailed out a check to everybody that played it it would be $1000 per person. they don't do that though they take all that money and give out a small portion of it $250 million then they cut that in half and take taxes on it and you get even less than half if you take the lump sum.
