Power clean help

so basically i have trouble with the ending position when you catch the bar after the extension part and rest it on your upper body. my wrist wnt bend fully or properly to have a good position and it feels strained when i try, and then i cnt position my arms correctly either. my arms are long cld dat affect it? i've tried just the bar and even broom handles and still cnt get it down

Practice the front squat with the bar in this position if it's necessary for you to do power cleans .



Is it necessary you do power cleans?
