Meal 2
Salad or Mixed Vegetables

1/4 cup Rice, or small plate of Plain Pasta
Apple or Banana

Meal 4:
Chicken Breast 200 g
Alternate Options:
Turkey or Tuna


Meal 5
Orange Juice or Skim Milk

Breakfast: Typically a green smoothie with at least 20g protein
A cup of coffee

Lunch: 8oz of something in macros with at least 30g of protein.
Yesterday I had like 7 oz of chicken salad on a bed of romaine lettuce.

Snack: Something with at least 10g of protein. Typically a greek yogurt

Dinner: 30g of protein or more.

Snack: 5+g protein and it really depends on what I had for dinner.
I may just have a spoonful of peanut butter so I won't get hungry overnight
or another yogurt or another smoothie.

I drink a lot of water between each meal too.

My detox meal plan all raw

Breakfast - fruit
Today I had a whole cantaloupe.


Lunch - salad
Romain lettuce, organic tomatoes, avocado, organic cucumbers sometimes sprinkle ime.

Snack
Almonds, dates, raisin

Dinner -
Romain lettuce, squash, zucchini, tomatoes maybe red peppers

Drink about a gallon of water a day.

:yeshrug: This is about everyday till I go shopping again.

Breakfast one scoop protein powder one scoop peanut butter and one scoop old fashioned oats all mixed up (amazing)

Lunch chicken on spinach salad with goat cheese tomato onion and lite Asian dressing

Snack: protein oatmeal with peanut butter

Dinner: steak with spinach salad

Lunch: leftovers from the night before or whatever I feel like grabbing from one of the restaurants nearby

Dinner: Whatever I or my husband decides to cook

As you can see, I don't really have a meal plan LOL

-banana and a multi and fish oil when i first wake up and coffee
-lunch is a salad of turkey or chicken with random shyt like lettuce, tomatoes, onions,croutons,bacon bits
-snack is a protein shake after i work out
-dinner is either shrimp, steak or chicken depending on what night m-f and i have a side of assorted veggies with each dish

i eat like that M-F and on the weekends pretty much eat whatever i want but dont over do it.

i only drink water, Red Bull total zero and Pepsi Max.....coffee black with 2 sugars....
