1 1/2 cups brown rice, 2 turkey burgers with wheat bread.

I like this. If I weren't a vegetarian this would probably be similar to what my go to would be

I've never bulked intentionally, but back when I was overeating it was two rice cakes smothered in almond butter, cheerios with raw almonds and vanilla almond milk, a Greek yogurt, and orange juice.

3 potatoes, beef, brocolli, olive oil and avacado. Wash it down with 16oz lemon juice.

Rice cakes are easy carbs after workout. I get the brown rice one that has 14g carbs per cake instead of whtie rice cake thats got only 7g

2 cups brown rice+1/2 lb lamb+1 cup black beans+2 cups spinach+8 cloves raw garlic+ 4tbsp olive oil + 2 servings organic protein powder

When I really mean business:

Peanut butter
2 cups of whole milk

I used to do this in the beginning. Never realized how intolerant to milk I was though till I quit drinking it. I cannot go out after drinking milk :pachaha:
