I'm sure some of you hardcores be makin smoothies. I'm planning on buying some frozen organic fruits and berries from Whole Foods and making a smoothie with some Russian Bear. I wanna hear some ideas to help this piece of my bulking process.

Handful of spinach, handful of kale, cup of pineapples, assorted frozen fruit, banana, cup of unsweetened almond milk, ice and scoop of whey protein. Throw in a couple tsp of chia seeds for energy and healthy fats.
Da fukk is a bomba? I know it won't be all muscle but I'm lean as fukk so I need some weight on me. These smoothies is just some shyt for me to drink when I don't feel like eating or when I ain't got time.
