What are some good post workout meals to consume?

I've been trying out 1 hour of cross fitness (or body combat) 3 times a week (roughly ~700 calories burned) and I'm always confused about what to eat post-workout. My goal right now is shedding a bit and getting more lean. Any suggestions?

Just eat smart can't go wrong with grilled chicken and ground turkey with a side of veggie along with sweet potatoes or rice .

As long as you have some combination of fats, carbs and protein you should be good.
Protein: Chicken Breast, Tuna, Salmon, Turkey
Carbs: Sweet Potatoes, Beans, Oatmeal
Fats: Almonds (in a general sense any type of nuts is good), natural peanut butter (watch your portions!)
Milk, Water and whey (if you using supplements)

Obviously you are cutting you prob won't include as much fats, carbs and milk that you normally would. Again depends on your goals.
