I'm not sure if you lump 'gore' and 'violence' together, but if you do then the new Evil Dead is one of the best and bloodiest I have seen. If you are looking for realistic violence it isn't there though.

The newest Rambo is one of the better violent movies I've seen, newborn babies gettin chucked into fires and limbs gettin blown off left and right
