i dont like these mma tutorials for boxing. it just sounds like white guys doing bro science that analysis video this guy has for marcos maidana vs josesito lopez he says maidana gets that knockdown because he throws a right hand to the body then a right hand up top is wrong. maidana knocks him down because he throws a jab josesito throws a counter jab and maidana comes over the top with the right hand. hopkins knocked down shumenov with that. thats one of the oldest ways to set up a right hand in boxing these mma tutorials are gimmicky and they try and make things seem more complex than it really is to throw you off and make you think theyre really saying something. i dont trust anybody that refers to punches as strikes.

MMA tutorial for boxing? The guy's a boxer by trade, he just does MMA articles for the large audience.

I've always liked dudes articles, he is right in the closing paragraph, Maidana got the type of fight he wanted and still could not win, I don't know what he can do differently in a rematch.
