why do gays want to marry? Financial benefits or just to do it, just to be "equal" on that level

Pro marriage, no excuse to be around here infecting the p*ssy population with high risk activity if you have RIGHTS to live out in the open ...I believe it would deter down low tendencies and anti-straight excuses for reckless behavior.

Well if you mean equal to being the same as everyone else because they breath the same air as us and bleed blood..well I guess they would want to be equal as you or me. See, I have no problem with gay people being married. That's their business. It will also give them the right to visit their loved one when they are on their death bed because they will be considered family. All private family advantages that most of us enjoy every day. The thing is....it doesn't involve me. So, if they can't get married why should we? Are we really that different? And we don't think marriage is that sacred anyways since we allow divorce.

pro: more married couples stabilizes the community, it wont negatively impact anybody, gender regulation of marriage is discrimination, definition of marriage has always evolved
