LMAO
THIS WHOLE POST IS WISHFUL THINKING.
DALLAS HAS BEEN PLAYING
WITHOUT LUKA/AD
FOR DAMN NEAR
THE LAST 2 MONTHS
THEY'VE SHOWN THEY'RE
GONNA BE COMPETITIVE AS LONG
AS KYRIE PLAYS.
THE SUNS/SPURS HAVE SHOWN
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO MAKE
YOU THINK THEY CAN MAKE A PUSH.

Yeah, but that was before their injuries started to pile up among their key players, and teams behind them are gaining ground. The Spurs might have a harder time making a push, but the Suns are not too behind in the wins and loss column. They could easily move into that 8-10 seed depending on how Golden State, Sacramento, and Dallas start off the post-all-star break.
Shyt, the Warriors or Kings could easily surpass them if they manage to come out hot after the break.
I wouldn't count the Suns out yet, they have time to catch ground; the Mavericks, on the other hand, have the most to worry about because 3 of their key players are going to be out for an extended time. Kyrie, on most nights, won't be enough to fill in the void if the other guys aren't producing or if the injury bug spreads. The Mavs are currently looking at either making the Postseason, losing in the Play-In, or missing out altogether.
They're not going far with how things are looking in this current situation. Putting too much pressure on Kyrie to be that guy every night isn't a good sign, even tho he's capable. Irving is not a #1 option type of player; he plays well when he has someone of equal talent on his side to carry half the load.
