I don't think it will happen. I think Vince G. is smart enough to know that his masterpiece fits best on a serial television format.
If they did a movie they would have to approach the series finale entirely different, IMO, and I don't think they're going to alter the way they do the finale just so a film can follow. I think the finale of the show should, and will, settle things on Walter White and his journey.

AICN.com did an interview with Vince Gilligan last Sunday and he said he likes Cranston's enthusiasm, but a movie is highly unlikely, and was never planned. They don't even have the last 8 eps written yet.
