You can see how by how casual all of the first responders are acting…they know Nip is gone already. He’s showing no signs of life. They probably already knew it. Blacc Sam just wouldn’t accept it
Police seemed real nonchalant
I think he was already dead bruh. At that point you are just waiting for paramedics to take the body
But yes the police were just chilling like it’s nothing.
There was nothing for them to do at that point. I was actually surprised. The cop had a calm voice and calm demeanor. It was calm but concerned. That kind of helped the people standing around remain calm. And they were containing the situation.
There's plenty of videos you see people shot layin on the streets and officers run up barking. "Move back!!! Move back!!!!" "Where is the shooter!!!" "Who shot him!!!" With bystanders trying to render aid it just becomes a shouting match and bystanders/witnesses/involved usually get roughed up and detained while they try to figure shyt out.
I'm glad that didn't happen here.
And I probably shouldn't tell this but there is a medic/ems tactic we call it code 5 if someone is gone beyond recovery and the family is too distraught they don't declare death on scene, they'll render aid, go through the whole process and load someone up in the ambulance and still rush to the hospital even though they are gone gone.
Otherwise if 86 year old grandma is cold and stiff and just didn't wake up, they'll body bag her there and take her straight to the mortuary.
