I gotta think you know what to do by this point.

Seems like its it built for people that struggle to find foods that fit macros

I just wanted to try something new since my diet plan isnt really all of that and is boring at times.

i would buy it if it was 10 but 40 :rudy:

He's just going to give you the macros you need for the week...if you dont feel like taking the time to do that for yourself...$40 isnt that much.
You can turn your brain off, follow the instructions and get results.

I actually have a structured meal plan made by someone else. They're good for someone like me who doesn't give 100 fukks about how many macros/cals I take in. It's pretty much 'eat' this and get lean.


Keep it simple.

What are you hoping his plan will help you with.... Im feelin like u can figure it out on your own.

I will say this tho. His coaching seems to be pretty damn good. Been seeing his clients' results on FB and they make good progress in not a lot of time. But outside of that one Indian dude they don't have results that are :whoa:

just the meal plan. I have the workout down pack but im gonna stop being lazy and just do it myself.
