from what I read, a lot of those internet cats are charging $100+ for the meal plans.
He's just going to give you the macros you need for the week...if you dont feel like taking the time to do that for yourself...$40 isnt that much.
You can turn your brain off, follow the instructions and get results.

I actually have a structured meal plan made by someone else. They're good for someone like me who doesn't give 100 fukks about how many macros/cals I take in. It's pretty much 'eat' this and get lean.

I will say this tho. His coaching seems to be pretty damn good. Been seeing his clients' results on FB and they make good progress in not a lot of time. But outside of that one Indian dude they don't have results that are
