The nerve of the label to call and ask him to take the word cracka out of songs on the Real Testament.

The part where he talks about sitting in first class now kinda made me think about Jay...people really paint Jay as loving white people and shyt...but what if he really don't like that shyt and he really does it as an ambassador for the culture?

Dope interview,yeah its 30minutes...but unlike that goofy azz Rosenberg cipha sounds interview this ones actually insightful...Peter Bailey is dope.

It was a good interview, Peter Bailey really doesn't have your typical rapper interviews.

His reasoning for first class is excellent and should be adopted by a lot more successful black folks.

His reasoning for cracka however is pretty silly and I don't accept white people using the same excuse on the flip side.

Cracka was used by Geeorge Jefferson,Chris Rock etc all in a joking manor casually....its just not the same word....and for the label to pick that word out of all the other shyt Plies said on Real Testament out murder,puzzy scents,bytches,goonz lurkin etc which is entertainment....the fact they could get to 100yrs and suddenly get in they feelings over that word probaly along with the message makes me hostile

Goes back to what Lord Jamar was sayin about how we gave the game away that much,they would feel comfortable asking him to take that out speceficaly is just..id like to know more how that convo went,and why he never took it out.

You right,but even in this instance where they signed him as he says "business partner" based off his music where he been sayin the word?I know its businss and that's how it works they sign em to make money off of em and that's that...but these labels and companies giving endorsement deals can sign and cut checks to people who say offensive things as if they enjoyed every minute of it,then decide to act offended all of a sudden over something is laughable....and worse in this case bcuz it seems like they picked out the one thing that offended them in particular and not all the other possibly offensive things lol...but I get it its not new,but not any less ridiculous...it was stupid when you couldn't say bad shyt incorporated with "jew" either.

It be nice if hiphop artist owned this shyt theyself and had more oppurtunitys to get money to where they could see not all money is good money...and reject every company like Reebok,Mountain Dew etc that won't allow for a hiphop artist to do what they do...but I guess at this point nikkas should know what they gettin theyself into dealin wit these cacs
