Say I'm going out at 10 and I'm drinking ahead at the crib. At 9:30 I head upstairs and do a set of crunches to completion. Press-ups to completion and pullups to completion with no rest inbetween. After that head to the bathroom and buss a shyt if necessary and shower straight away. Come out completely fresh, get changed and roll out.
Sounds moist as shyt but you'd be surprised how much that small feeling of being ready for anything can affect your night. Especially at the beginning where you just land at the spot.
