I'm all for supporting breast cancer and bringing awareness but why not run a commercial about checking your breast and going in for mammograms,

I was gonna make a thread about this. I'm tired of all this, b/c it's all so forced.

Now it's moved over to wrestling. WWE has pink ring ropes now.

And to me, it's a big scam b/c all these corporations say it's for "Breast cancer AWARENESS" It's good they're promoting awareness, but they're selling the stuff, or promoting their brand with it. And it's becoming more of a fashion accessory, than a statement.

Dont get me wrong, I'm all for the cause, but why not have light blue towels, wrist bands, etc, for your core audience aka men, many of whom have prostate cancer. That's a very big deal too.

If you really wanna promote AWARENESS, then run in-game messages on the scroller.

But it's all about marketing. You can easily market pink better b/c women(and some men) will buy it, and it stands out more.

I commend the kid b/c obviously that cool for him.

But I heard about it during the week and they showed the handwritten letter.

I just see it as Goodell trying to save face b/c he comes off as fake to me. If someone hand wrote him a letter about correcting a simple player safety issues he'd throw it in the garbage.

i swear to god you dont know how many times i thought about writing a letter posing as a kid saints fan to that fakkit. i was gonna say that my dad is a huge saints fan and ever since the bounty punishments and the saints not having a coach anymore he drinks and cusses and beats my mom every sunday. I figure it might get my coach back but that a$$hole would prob shred my letter in the middle of time square
