I used to do this as a kid when we'd eat gumbo...and i still do it to a fair extent now as a grown man.

put like 30pounds of homemade andoulllie that my uncles does 4 her...man...i could scrooge mcduck lap in that shyt...
head to Lafitte, LA on the 4th of august...they act a fool with the food there..

My moms side of the fam is Lousiana/Beaumont/Houston, etc., so I get the authentic.
