I definitely thought he would be a white male, in his 20's or 30's, who lived in the neighborhood. This is one of those self loathing racial hatred cases, unless they uncover some other motive, which I think is unlikely. There was a really famous case in Atlanta in the 1980's, where black kids were being killed, and thrown by a river, and the killer was profiled as a white man, killed out of racial hatred, the killer ended up being a black man, tied to the case through DNA, a confession (I believe) and other evidence, it was extremely controversial. But, it's hard, because the whole profile of the killer can be off, based on the very logical assumption of what his race is.
