I have two or three that of them over the last three years and they're all kind iffy. I haven't tried others but they don't seen to that great a job. I have to of the really expensive ones that leave shytty looking raggedy or don't get so close and even. The other just kid of died.

yup, it's wahl or die over here daddio! I bought some cheap "con air" clippers from Marshalls like a year ago for my pubes and lets just say my pubes won that battle. After like 2 pubic haircuts the clippers just flat out stopped working. The only thing about whal clippers is that the blade is to sharp to use on the smooth part of my sack near my culo. Getting cut right there ain't wavy at all!
