The consensus out there is folks don't think there is any way Eric Berry hits the market but I am holding out hope
they'll likely let Johnson walk to pay Berry, dunno how much Derrick has left going forward but he was still very good this year

Denver would be crazy to not franchise Miller. id be shocked beyond belief if they let him hit free agency
They got a lot of people that are going to want to get paid(Osweiler, Miller, Mathis, Jackson... etc). I am assuming they cut noodle arm in the offseason win or lose the SB. What happens if Miller says he wants JJ Watt money(or more?) Elway's not a sentimental type

Franchise tag is gonna be like 15-16 million for OLB/DE
If they can't work out a long term deal, (IE he asks for Suh money like you said )the franchise tag would keep him from FA. None of the other guys you listed are worth franchising imo
Only way they don't franchise him is if they can't get far enough under the cap, which I feel is unlikely to happen. Especially if Peyton retires. They probably going to lose Malik Jackson and one of the ILBs but I think they gonna keep Miller.
