MUNCIE, Ind. (
WXIN) — An Indiana man was arrested shortly after his 18th birthday for allegedly threatening to shoot and kill a pregnant woman and her unborn baby.
Peyton A. Manning, 18, was arrested early Thursday morning and booked into the Delaware County Jail on one count of forcible felony intimidation. The arrest stems from threatening videos allegedly sent by Manning to a young pregnant woman via Instagram.
Muncie police were called late Wednesday night to a local home to take a harassment report. A woman who was 12 weeks pregnant told police about an ongoing argument with her soon-to-be baby’s father.
The woman told officers the man was hanging out at a hotel with friends and said they had been threatening her with violence. One friend — later identified as Manning — had reportedly gone on Instagram Live and made comments about killing her baby while holding a gun up to his face.
“I don’t give a f— if your baby dies or not,” Manning reportedly said. “I’ll kill that baby too.”
