It never fails to amaze me the look on people's faces when they realize swizz only had ONE joint on that album which became the biggest hit at that time for the album. That's why I consider this Swizz's best song he's ever produced, cuz it made people believe he was involved in the album more than what he was... amazing!

ignore the troll above me.

yes that is a huge misconception in hip-hop. some people even believe he produced the whole thing.

swizz became a staple in X career AFTER his debut. I gotta say X sold so many records considering I had his album like a year before it came out :leon:

Ignore the above former member of Jin's Ruff Ryders street team, my point was apt. Any criticism is now trolling apparently. Internet nukkas :manny:

Thats funny, cause that's when I started hating swizz beats. They all sounded the same after that. *insert horn and swizz yelling on hook*

He that was after that period, he had progressed and then he regressed back into a new form of garbage. His first solo album was pretty solid.

Yeah it's mainly because Swizz was always put out there as the face of RR production...like their main in house guy...and I couldn't even pick Dame Grease out of a line up...don't know if he was moreso just X's man and not really down with RR like that or whatever, but the perception was always that Swizz was the Mannie Fresh of Ruff Ryders...or at least always seemed that way to me
