posted a video me doing a sit down squat of 405 lbs and some girl was like "why you trying so hard" and I asked what she meant by that ? and she said "well you only did 1.."

:whoa: now I know squatting 405 lbs aint nothing to the 6 figure 6 pack 6 models and 6 bottles every night coli crew but to me 405 lbs is a lot and im not even sure I want to go up from there

but its always someone new to working out or rarely/never works out that stay commenting on some shyt :francis:

this always been my biggest gym pet peeve :francis:

I like doing box squats once in a while....but don't rock forward so much before you lift it back up.
I usually pause before i get up which helps with that. 405 just heavy as shyt to me so need to work on it. Got a video of me repping 315 8 times on that bench right before but its on my ig
