Pc help. Brought a new laptop, not intended for pc gaming, can i play at decent level

my older laptop broke, just brought another, its shipping to me, and i just wanted to knw wit these specs will i be able to play pc games at a decent level

its a Toshiba, 17.3 screen, i kinda custom built it, i really just added the 1tbhd, i was think bout adding some other stuff, but i thought i probably wont need it cause i wont really be looking to play games on pc, barly have time to paly on consoles, all in all it came up to 719 wit a 3 year service plan

my other laptop broke bout 3 weeks ago it so trash using my phone for everything, nothin can take place of a pc/laptop i have a phone(gs3), tablet, and xbox browser, but i cant wait to get my laptop in, should be here in a couple days

idk shyt bout all that, so having a bigger screen is worst for pc gaming? but ill take that as it dont sound good for playing, im really not trippin tho cause im gettin that new xbox this year and probably ps4 around early 2014, ima be eating good enough :winningmanning:

not necessarily bad if you play at lower resolutions but the most common thing is people usually buy larger laptops to pc game so you'll find discreet graphics cards on larger laptops but you can try to see if your laptop can play games at lower settings with integrated graphics...try to play CoD on it and let us know the fps

Bought a hp laptop about a month ago with a 17.3 screen and no discreet graphics. Only game I've tried to play is NBA 2K13 and it works fine for me. I don't know anything about that specs and graphics shyt but it looks just like my 360 and PS3 games.

lol nah breh..largest laptops are 20' and you usually never bring them around because of the size..but the most ideal laptop size for me would be 14-15'..my current laptop is 15' and it's light enough to bring to starbucks and good enough to play games at home..if you just wanna dikk around (facebook, surfing, doing work) 12" is good too..

integrated graphics suck. you will be able to play a lot of the latest games but effects and details will likely have to be set to low-medium to get a playable frame rate.

HD3000/4000 card can play most games on Medium-Low. Just don't try to play Crysis or anything like that
