How much would it cost to build this with either of these specs? Is this considered top of the line?

I’ve only dealt with macs and gamed on consoles but Im going to need a good pc to run DCS and M flight simulator. Also if this shyt will be over $1k then nevermind

The AMD build will be around 1k, and the intel build is way over 1k. And that is not even including the motherboard, cooling system, case, power supply, etc...
