I actually discussed this with someone this morning, and their stance was that as long as the child was taken care of what does it matter.

So what is a man supposed to sue for if he can't get back the money he paid? Or am I reading that out of context?

Probably so he won't have to pay future money. They should make the dna testing mandatory upon birth.
