BAYTOWN, TX (KTRK) --
An intruder has been shot by the pastor of a church in Baytown, police confirm to Eyewitness News. The same pastor made national headlines last year when he held another suspected thief at gunpoint.

Video taken from Skyeye HD showed a large police presence around 7:00 this morning at The Church of New Beginnings in the 3200 block of North Alexander Drive.

in many states the firearm doesn't have to be registered but its absolutely necessary to have that cwl if you take it out in public or have to use it in self defense or feel threatened.
